Use the registration form to create a user account.

After you have created an account, an activation message will be sent to your registered email account.

Account Activation

Account activation is required. You will not be able to login and participate in a draft until your account has been activated.

Resend the activation email if you did not receive the message.

Forgot Password

Use the forgot password form to reset your account password.

Account Settings

User Account Settings

Use the User Control Panel to edit:

  • Primary Email Address
  • Account Password
  • Forum Preferences
  • Timezone and Daylight Savings Time

Real Name

Use the Edit Real Name form to set or modify your "Real Name".

Your "Real Name" is only used to help identify you to your draft admin and other draft managers. This is helpful if they do not know you by your account username.

Secondary Email Addresses

Use the Manage Secondary Email Addresses page to add or remove secondary email addresses.

Change the status of a secondary email address to "inactive" to temporarily stop receiving notifications at that email address.

All Draftime Fantasy Sports Draft Manager communications are sent to your registered email account and any "active" Secondary Email Addresses you have added.

Email Notifications

Use the Manage Email Notifications page to adjust your notification settings.

In addition to the notification that it's your turn to pick, you can receive the most recent selections in your email. You can also receive an email when your next pick is coming up.

Display Queue Status

Use the Hide/Show Queue Status setting to hide or show other managers' queue status in the draft home page.

By default, every manager in the draft can view every other manager's queue status.

Regardless of your setting, your queue status will still be available to other managers.

Pre-Rank Players

Pre-Ranking Players allows you to rank players for a sport, separate from the drafts you are participating in. Because pre-rankings are not associated with a specific draft, you can use pre-rankings to create a master ranking of players for a sport.

Pre-Rankings are NOT a Queue!

After you have created your pre-rankings, you will have the option to copy the pre-rankings into a General or Pick-Based Queue for a draft in the sport you created pre-rankings for.

Your pre-rankings will NOT be automatically copied into your queues!

To copy your Pre-Rankings to a Queue:

  1. Pre-Rank Players for a sport.
  2. Go to the draft you want to copy Pre-Rankings to.
  3. Click the "Queues" link in the top-right navigation of the draft.
  4. Click the link for "General" or "Pick-Based" Queues.
  5. Click the "Copy Pre-Ranked Players" link in the top-right of the "Manage Queue Players" section.
  6. Click the "Copy Pre-Ranked Players" button on the confirmation page.

Pre-rankings are not meant to be a "one size fits all" list for all of your drafts; just an overall ranking that should be good for most of your drafts. After you copy your pre-rankings into a particular queue, you will still be able to add players, remove players, and sort the queue as desired.

Join a Draft

To join a draft, you will need the Draft Password. The Draft Password will be a combination of letters and numbers.

You should receive this information from your draft administrator.

Draft Home

The Draft Home is the primary page you will use during your draft. It contains a lot of information related to your draft and provides the interface for you to make your pick selections.

Queue Settings

The "Queue Settings" section contains information about the current settings for your General and Pick-Based Queues.

The Pick-Based Queue section contains information related to your next pick in the draft.

Draft Tracker

The "Draft Tracker" section contains information about the pace of the draft. The "Projected Finish" is based on the number of picks remaining and the current "Time Per Pick".

Draft Picks

The "Draft Picks" section shows the current pick, one round worth of the most recent picks made, and two rounds worth of the next picks to be made.

Your picks, both past and future, are highlighted with an arrow in the "Rd.Pk" column.

Each manager's queue settings are displayed in the "Queue" column. You can manage whether you want this information displayed or not through your account settings.

Auto-Picks are indicated by a computer icon next to the player's name in the "Player Name" column.

You can manage a Pick-Based Queue for future picks by clicking the "Pick-Based Queue" link in the "Player Name" column.

Draft Notes

The "Draft Notes" section allows you to keep notes for the draft you are viewing. Draft Notes are completely private and are not shared with any other user. Draft Notes are also unique to each draft you are participating in.

Draft Settings

The "Draft Settings" section contains information about:

  • Time Limit Per Pick
  • Daily Draft Pause
  • Weekend Draft Pause
  • Draft visibilitiy

These settings are able to be edited by your draft administrator and any changes will be reflected in this section.

Make a Pick

The Draft Home page will display the following in the "Current Pick" section when it's your turn to pick, prioritized in the following order:

  • Pick-Based Queue, if one is specified
  • General Queue, if one is specified
  • "Queue(s) Empty"

You will still have the option to "Use Search" to select a player, regardless of what Queue is displayed. The search requires:

  • at least three letters of a player's last name,
  • at least three letters of a player's first name,
  • or all of a player's first and last name.

To complete the pick after you have selected a player:

  1. Specify the player's position.
  2. Click the "Make Draft Pick" button.

Edit a Pick Selection

You can edit the position of any pick selection you have made in your draft.

To edit the position of a pick selection:

  1. In the Draft Home page, click your name.
  2. Click the name of the player to edit.
  3. Select the player's new position
  4. Click "Edit Position".

If you need to edit a pick with the selection of a new player, you will need to contact your draft administrator.

Queue Management

General Queue

A General Queue can be used for any picks in your draft. The General Queue is available for any pick that does not have a Pick-Based Queue specified. A Pick-Based Queue will always override the General Queue.

Pick-Based Queue

A Pick-Based Queue is associated with a specific pick in your draft. The Pick-Based Queue will always override your General Queue. After a pick has been made, its Pick-Based Queue will no longer be available.

Queue Availability

"Queue Availability" allows your Designated Pickers have access to your queue. You can set Queue Availability for both General Queues and Pick-Based Queues.

The current setting is shown in the display section. Click the link to switch the setting.

Players to Display

"Players to Display" determines how many players -- all or only the first player -- to show in the queue list when it is your turn to make a pick.

The current setting is shown in the display section. Click the link to switch the setting.

Free-Form Entry

"Free-Form Entry" allows your Designated Pickers the additional ability to search for a player when making your pick.

The current setting is shown in the display section. Click the link to switch the setting.

Auto-Pick

"Auto-Pick" allows the Draftime Fantasy Sports Draft manager system to automatically make a pick for you. This option is helpful if you know you will not be able to access the system when it's your turn to pick.

The current setting is shown in the display section. Click the link to switch the setting.

You have the additional option of setting a delay, if you have turned "Auto-Pick" on for a queue. If you set a delay, the Draftime Fantasy Sports Draft Manager system will wait the specified number of minutes before making your selection.

For instance, if you want the system to wait 30 minutes before making an auto-pick to give you a chance to access the site when it's your turn to pick, you should turn on "Auto-Pick" and set a "Delay" of 30.

Copy a Queue

You can copy a General Queue into a Pick-Based Queue or vice versa. To copy a queue into another queue:

  1. Go to the queue you want to copy.
  2. Click "Copy to (Pick-Based/General) Queue" in the "Manage Queue Players" section.
  3. Follow the instructions on the subsequent pages.
  4. Confirm the "Source Queue" and "Target Queue" and click "Copy Queue Players" to finish.

Queue Display Fall-Through

The Draftime Fantasy Sports Draft Manager system uses the following fall-through order for displaying queues:

  1. Pick-Based Queue for current pick
  2. General Queue
  3. No Queues Exist (Player Search)

Auto-Pick Fall-Through

The Draftime Fantasy Sports Draft Manager system uses the following fall-through order for making auto-picks:

  1. Pick-Based Queue for current pick, if Pick-Based Queue Auto-Pick is turned on
  2. General Queue, if General Queue Auto-Pick is turned on
  3. No Auto-Pick

  2. Click the "Designated Pickers Management" link.

  1. Click the "Queues" link in the top-right navitation of your draft.
  2. Click the "Designated Pickers Management" link.
  3. Find the manager listed in "Designated Picker for Others" section.

The previous year's settings will automatically be imported into the "Create a Draft" form and the previous year's managers will automatically be added to the draft.
